My personal added value from the Human Rights Talks was first of all to get to know a completely

new way of working in science.

In general, the whole research and preparation time has been very different, for example

research and preparation times from classical homework or seminar work.

Also that the whole research and the whole project, including all team meetings and individual seminars

that we had, took place in English, was a great experience.

In general, my English language has constantly improved through the whole project and I

could also significantly improve my vocabulary in the legal English area.

We also got small English rhetorical insights to be able to shape our presentation as

well as possible in the end.

But also academically, the Human Rights Talks had a great advantage for me, because I

was able to get a good understanding of the group that was composed of normal legal

students and international masters students.

It was a great combination and a great opportunity to get to know many international people on

a very personal level.
