Dear FAU family members, this year will be a very special Christmas.
Recently somebody asked me, what do you wish for Christmas 2020?
And the answer is quite simple.
I want to have a vaccine.
And the fact that a vaccine is available is due to the fact that many, many hardworking
researchers at FAU, at universities, in research labs and industry were studying the coronavirus.
But it's not only the vaccine.
It's also important that the FAU family continues to stand together and to support each other.
I wish you a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, stay healthy.
