OK, so let's start.

To remind you, we're doing AI 1.

Some of the faces I remember from yesterday,

so I'm in the right room.

That's good.

So I usually start my lectures by kind of giving a whirlwind

tour through the slides of last time.

The main reason for this is that you can ask questions.

And I'm trying to trigger your recollections

about the questions.

Note that I am assuming, that's not such a big problem today,

because the last lecture was just yesterday,

and I think you can probably remember that far,

that you've had a look at the slides before you come here.

So that you kind of situate it again.

Or that you've made the contact switch,

if you want to call it that way.

So that is not what I wanted.

Good.

So at least for the Wednesday's lectures,

I assume that you will have looked at the slides

and reminded yourselves what we did last time.

That makes attending the lecture much more fun,

because you actually know what I'm talking about.

Usually I would have had a 10 minutes quiz for that,

helping you become situated, but I can't do that.

You're too many.

Also, it's not for seen.

So you have to quiz yourselves, or each other, or whatever.

OK, so this is not actually working.

It's in a weird state.

Now it's working.

OK, good.

Could you please compactify even more?

There are people coming still.

And I'd rather not have people sitting on the stairs out

there.

OK, so yesterday we went across the administrative details

of this course, and I tried to give you an introduction.

We talked about prerequisites, and I told you

what I'm assuming that you know.

And I also told you that I'm kind of thinking of this

in spirit, more than in actual you've

had to sit through this course, which of course most of you

had no chance, because you did not study in Erlang

and for your bachelor's.

So it's more of an in spirit skill set like thing.

One thing that is good to know is actually

be having a tolerance for mathematical language

and being able to decode it.
