You don't see this probably because you're solving the quiz.

But it's very interesting to see that there's always one or two students who are looking

at all the questions first.

You can see one of these little bumps racing over to the right.

Which is actually, if you think about it, a good strategy.

If there's not a lot of time, look at those questions that you can solve first.

That's also a good strategy for the exam.

You don't necessarily do the exam in the right order.

But basically see what you can do best first and do those first so that you actually get

lots of points.

Okay, so this was the last Tuesday quiz.

Actually, technically there will be one more.

Namely, let me tell you about that.

We want to make an online survey about Alia because we want to make the system better

for next year.

The course evaluations had quite a few people saying Alia is great.

And quite a few people who said, oh, this nonsense helps me not at all.

Thank you for writing all these things.

But that is not actually something that is very actionable for us.

So we're going to make a separate survey.

It's going to run from tomorrow around noon or something like this for the end of the

month.

So February last at midnight it closes.

It should work on all of your devices.

It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to fill out.

It's in English.

Right, of course that depends on your skill with English and whether you have to think

a lot about Alia or form your opinions.

The questions are kind of how are you using Alia because we're really interested in that.

What it is like.

Also of course questions about the demography.

Things like are you a CS major or something else, male, female, all of those kind of things

that help us understand the various sub-cohorts better.

I already told you that for this survey we're going to, if you fill it out completely, make

this count as a full quiz.

100%.

So the way we're going to make this work is that the survey actually generates a unique

token for you, which you can then, there will be a quiz 15, which has one question.

That means fill in the token and it's going to be graded by basically by looking the token

up in a list.

Of course the second one who fills in your token doesn't get counted.

We make them not guessable, but save your token and don't show it to anybody.

They might be quicker than you in filling it in.

The quiz will be in the usual place.

You should be able to find it.

Just submit the token, you'll get full points.

The survey is actually anonymous, so the token is also your GDPR entry point for identifying

yourself.
