This is the recoding of the 3rd session given on Monday, October 25th, 2021. In this session, we first show that "Majority Vote" is Bayesian optimal. We then start with the basic definitions in information theory, i.e., information content and entropy. We would finally discuss some basic mathematical tools, namely, Jensen's and Gibbs' Inequality.
