So, quiz is over, I think.

So yeah.

Tuesday quizzes are a thing.

They seem to have worked.

Did the code and images work for you?

No, okay.

That's something we also noticed in the background.

So we do it just as much as the pre-quiz, which will not be counted, because it's not

about anything you learned yet.

But it gives us data about you and what you already know.

In the end, we want to see whether you improved over the course.

And I do hope yes.

Otherwise, it's a big waste of time for you and for me.

So that's something I think we fixed last week, but something obviously wasn't.

So we'll see.

There have been 100 students who have, 102, who have attempted the quiz.

So many more than in this room, which is a good thing.

Given that there are 350 students who are at least registered in Stuttgart, and I know

that doesn't mean very much for many of you.

It kind of is the same picture we always have, which is something like 350 in this

case are interested.

I would guess about 200 want to take the exam and 100 taking the quizzes.

There's a very good correlation that the cut-off line of passing the exam is somewhere here.

You're not taking the quizzes, there's a good chance you're not passing.

I appreciate that this is a quiz that counts for nothing.

So many of you may actually, there might be increases.

There's typically also decreases over the semester.

Quizzes are a very important thing.

In learning, they're designed to show you where you still have gaps.

Right, let's see.

We can see, it doesn't look so bad actually.

Fresh trees is something we have to cover obviously.

Implementations for sets is something you didn't do very well on either.

So that's why I'd like to have this data.

Apparently something that's one of the things I intend to cover, algorithm complexity, is

something you're doing pretty well in actually.

So that's why we have the data.

It's also to show you how the quizzes go.

For those of you who have never been in my classes, this is how it's going to go.

We have an automatic quiz.

You can take it from wherever you like, from the bus, from the comfort of your bed, on

these uncomfortable wooden chairs, whatever.

So that's not a problem.

It seems that our system can handle the load.

Actually we've tested it with 500 students.

Then we have something like 40 to 50 responses per second.

That's not a problem.

So don't let the system load hinder you from taking the quizzes.

Are there any questions about the quizzes?

Yes?
