Shownotes: In the international community, Ukraine has become one of the states that has been quite successful in taking immediate measures to respond to the crimes of the Russian military. History knows the experience of other countries that have gone through this: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Colombia, Iraq, Cambodia and others. Victims turn to law enforcement agencies even 10 and 20 years after experiencing CRSV (conflict-related sexual violence). This indicates that states should continuously develop national and international instruments to combat and prevent CRSV. Listen to our podcast for more.
