So my idea is to make simple ideas grow bigger

and eventually get to expand my network and have a lot of fun.

My expectation for the Digital Tech Fellow Program is to make something great and I hope that the

program will learn me and my team to make something out of our plans.

My expectation is that in one year I will give the second interview about the DTA

and I'm telling how wonderful was it and that I'm excited as my business plan is almost ready.

Since the DTA what we essentially did was we thought we could just start out and make TALOS big

but what happened is essentially we started out small baby steps and what helped us a lot along

the way was essentially the business design process from the DTA because having done it once

we of course can adapt it to several use cases and this adaptation is very hard the first time

which you do with the DTA with all of the mentors that they help you.

Essentially if you do it again it gets easier and what you will see is it gets a lot easier

the more often you do it.
