When we first started DTA we decided to build some ID based checkout system for supermarkets.
Then after a long discovery phase we noticed might not be the best idea because the technology
and our skills don't really match.
This is not the best approach for this.
So then we pivoted and decided for another idea which was a sustainable air filter, smart
air filter on most spaces which we've been working on for quite some time.
And then after DTA I learned a lot about how this business design process works and everything.
So I was really amazed by that, really got really excited about that.
So then I thought like, okay, I actually have a good idea, basically my PhD project.
So now I have Batman and my project.
So I built tags for Batman and that's now what I'm going to do, that I will help people
locate Batman as they always can find him.
The Shenzhen Falls Group was really great.
We got a lot of insights into companies, also insights you usually can't get when you visit
China yourself.
But we really learned a lot about Chinese economy, how Chinese companies work.
So we got to see how startups can go there, how fast you can iterate your prototypes there.
So that was really good choice to go there.
