So welcome to the next session what we have here. So I will be here telling a little bit about our
chair of Interim Information Systems Innovation Valor Creation has to offer for you, a little
bit where our focus is in and then I will tell you a little bit about ELISA what they have also
in terms of mobility services. So my name is Joni Riimäki. I'm originally myself from Finland,
so that's why unfortunately I cannot speak any German myself. If I just present quickly the
overview. Yes, so here is basically all the universities or the destinations that we have.
I will go one by one every university for them. Personally myself, I have visited almost every
place what we have, so if you have any questions about the cities, about the universities and so on,
you can directly ask those. But what else? Here as you can see the focus what we have is mostly in
Baltics, Central Europe, East Europe and also in Nordics. Myself when I went or when I was in
your shoes, I also went for Accent and I spent my time in Turkey, lovely Antalya. So also if you
feel that some of the destinations that are listed either in our list or then overall in the whole
visa Accents list is not for you. I'm like eagerly also supporting you to go for free mover options
because that was what I did myself. Because there are some universities which those free mover options
are really cheap. Because usually what you can see is that there is free mover options where you need
to pay 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 so on euros. But when I went for instance to Turkey, I just paid 100 euro
per semester. That's it. So there is also those options that you can keep in mind. And then also
why it's good to go to Baltic countries for instance all to the East Europe, Middle Europe,
North Europe. One of the biggest let's say positive sides is there that it's a little bit different
what you're maybe used to here. Later on when you apply for the work it's quite big thing if you
have been in some different country because usually if you think people can go let's say to Spain,
Italy so on. It's quite basic, basic, basic. But later on if you want to really differentiate yourself
from the people who are applying for the same job also semester abroad is quite big thing. And also
if you think about these universities that we have there on the list, these are like different
culture what is you mostly here. So over there the conduct what you will have with the teachers,
with the staff and everything is much more close. And there people know that okay you are excellent
student, you easily basically can pass all the courses. They are not that strict on you. And then
also one of the really, really let's say strengths or positive things that we have in our offerings
is regarding that the travel opportunities you can have. Because from the Middle Europe,
Eastern Europe it's much cheaper, much easier to go other countries. You can go with a train,
fly to another country and so on. And also many of the universities that we have they are as well
offering different language courses. So you can go there, learn their language what they are speaking
in their respective countries. Also but at the same time improve your English. It was same with me
when I okay in Finland everybody studied English from the age of five sorry grade five in the
elementary school but still it's not the same. When you really go abroad you practice it so
on you will really like let's say can say that you can speak the language well. And also other
thing is that when if you go to the exotic countries you will for sure face situations
where you can not or you don't have any common language that you cannot do things in English
but then you learn to how to talk with hands. And then also most of the universities what we have
they have really cool sport facilities. So this is something that you can take really
advantage of. And also whenever you are choosing the university where to go on you can also think
that if you aim is to study their courses what you are then what are offered also here so you
are basically taking the courses there and bringing them here to your learning agreement
and included those to your program that is fine. Or then if you want to have completely
elective courses. Some of the universities are also offering some sport classes but for sure are not
like you cannot include your degree over here. But still you can take those for example when I
went to Turkey I had myself football classes for one year and but it was completely fine for them
but whenever I'm coming to my university of course I cannot include it to my degree but still there
is much this opportunity but I would really encourage you take advantage of. Then if we move
to the first university what we have in our offerings so first one is in Kruz in Austria.
