So in Thalos, what we do is essentially
a competitive intelligence solution that helps you keep an eye on your competitors.
We help you to track their innovation process.
We help you to track their revenue streams, new product lines,
and essentially, to assess how the company is doing,
and it's happening all in an automated fashion.
Now, since the DTA, what we essentially did was
we thought we could just start out and make Tullos big,
but what happened is essentially
we started out small, baby steps.
And we pitched to several customers.
We are currently refining the use case even better.
We also discovered several new use cases
that could become relevant in the future.
And what helped us a lot along the way
was essentially the business design process from the DTA
because having done it once,
we of course can adapt it to several use cases.
And this adaptation is very hard the first time,
which you do with the DTA,
with all of the mentors that they help you.
Essentially, if you do it again, it gets easier.
And what you will see is it gets a lot easier
the more often you do it.
Have our first customers, hopefully an Exist Untrack
and also our MVP probably already by Q2 in 2020.
Silicon Valley was a fantastic experience.
I mean, when we got there, it was essentially we didn't know what to expect.
So we didn't expect anything, but we were just blown away
by the sheer size of the program itself.
There were so many people from all over the place.
I mean, some of them, they had a very technical perspective on, for example, new technologies
that are currently hot in Silicon Valley and that are hot in the years to come in Silicon
Valley.
So this was fantastic.
This actually gave us a perspective on where technology is moving.
And I think Silicon Valley as one of the main hubs in the world for technology is one of
the best places to go to do that.
We also had the other perspective.
A lot of guys from the business perspective, who actually founded a startup, who had multiple
exits or are currently still working on their own startup.
It gives you a perspective of somebody that is currently inside of this whole Silicon
Valley economy.
Of somebody that is currently just starting out, somebody that already started out and
went until a point where they said, fantastic.
And this just, it gives you a lot of motivation along the way to just continue on your way,
to continue just going into the right direction, what seems right to you.
I mean I was motivated before but after Silicon Valley I just wanted to go on with Talos and continue on our path.
I think it was a fantastic experience, I was just blown away by it.
